Losing weight can be a very frustrating process. Among the reasons why it can be so frustrating is it is not always so clear why it is difficult to lose weight. Factors such as genetics and lifestyle can make losing weight very difficult. This is not to say you should allow your genes or sedentary work schedule be excuses be not losing weight.
